We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee and grow our wholesale trading operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing B2B sales strategies, managing key accounts, leading a sales team, and driving revenue growth across product categories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue in the wholesale segment
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and suppliers
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and group targets
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead in the industry
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand and products
Qualifications and Requirements
