Sales Manager / Sales Executive (Education)

BEAUTY VALLEY PTE. LTD. is an education institution in Singapore, offering accredited vocational and professional training in beauty, wellness, digital marketing, and artificial intelligence. Our courses are designed to equip adult learners with industry-relevant skills for career advancement and entrepreneurship. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager / Sales Executive to lead and grow our student recruitment efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage potential learners through phone calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries
- Provide accurate information and guidance on available courses, funding options, and career pathways
- Follow up on leads, maintain strong relationships with prospects, and convert inquiries into enrolments
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly enrolment targets
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales activities with campaign promotions
- Track sales metrics and generate reports for management review
- Ensure a smooth registration process and provide pre-course and post-course support to learners
- Maintain a high standard of service, addressing learner concerns promptly and professionally
- Cultivate long-term relationships with learners for referrals and repeat course sign-ups
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales consultants (for Sales Manager role)
- Assist in refining sales processes and improving team performance
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in education, training, or service-based industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation, closing, and objection-handling abilities
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tracking tools
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Knowledge of Singapore’s SkillsFuture Credit or government-funded training schemes (e.g., WSQ, SSG)
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Malay to support a diverse learner base
- Prior experience in adult education or private training institutions

- 与学习者建立长期关系,以便进行推荐和重复课程注册
- 领导、培训和激励销售顾问团队(销售经理职位)
- 协助完善销售流程并提高团队绩效
要求:
- 经过验证的销售经验,最好在教育、培训或服务行业
- 出色的沟通和人际交往能力
- 较强的谈判、成交和异议处理能力
- 以目标为导向,自我激励,能够在快节奏的环境中茁壮成长
- 精通 Microsoft Office 和 CRM/销售跟踪工具
