A leading food and beverage firm in Singapore is seeking a sales professional to build strong relationships with buyers and manage trade promotions. You will generate sales quotes, develop forecasts, and provide excellent service to customers. Candidates with experience in modern trade and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint are preferred. Immediate availability is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
• Build strong working relationships with buyers and retail partners
• Plan, execute and evaluate trade promotions and marketing activities
• Generate sales quotes, sales proposals and quotation
• Develop monthly sales forecasts and manage promotional calendars
• Liaise with brand principals on pricing, visibility, and performance
• Liaise closely and promptly, and to provide excellent service and support to customer’s orders, requests, complaints and enquiries
• Work closely with internal teams ensuring all logistics and operations aspects are met for the customers.
• Coordinate with supply chain and finance to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor account performance and present data-driven recommendations
• Exposure to modern trade (supermarkets, online marketplaces preferred)
• Familiarity with DFI, FairPrice, or Sheng Siong systems is advantageous
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for weekly & monthly sales tracking and reporting
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Highly organized, team-oriented, and commercially driven
• Displays a flexible ‘can do’ approach which contributes to the success of the Company
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred
