Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to meet sales targets
• Meet customer satisfaction targets
• Oversee all aspects of new car sales, administration and logistics
• Manage and coach a team of Sales Consultants
• Adhere to manufacturer’s standards and processes
• Any other tasks assigned by your superior

Requirements

• Minimum Degree with at least 3 years of managerial and Sales experience within the automotive industry
• Strong business acumen with a customer-centric personality
• Self-driven, highly motivated and results-oriented
• Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight timeline
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
