Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and approval of sales quotations, proposals & tenders
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Project Team on cost estimation and procurement from suppliers
- Establish and implement strategic sales plans
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, vendors, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Establish new business links, prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch company’s products and services
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, while gathering feedback from customers or prospects to share with internal teams
- Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis
- Represent the company at client meetings and site visits
- Track and analyse sales performance metrics and pipeline activity
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all sales documentation to be reported during monthly meetings
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Self-motivated to hunt for new sales opportunities, responsible and has a positive working attitude
- Results-oriented with a customer service mind-set, along with excellent client relationship-building skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detailed and strong negotiation skills with the ability to multi-task
- A good team player, and able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment independently
- Strong leadership to lead and guide the sales team
- Proficient in English & Mandarin
- Diploma / Degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering, or Sales / Marketing or its equivalent will be an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales preferred
- Candidates with Class 3 Driving License and has their own vehicles preferred, but candidates without will be considered
Additional Remunerations:
- Transport allowances will be granted to sales employees who have their own vehicles
