A regional marketing firm in Singapore is seeking a marketing professional to contribute to strategy development and implement marketing plans for specific franchises. The role involves collaboration with local teams to ensure successful execution of corporate strategies and activation plans. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical and communication skills with a focus on building partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the elaboration of the relevant and harmonized marketing strategy for your specific franchises and the region
• Communicate guidelines on launch potentials
• Implement the marketing plans and strategies
• Relay and explain the corporate vision, regional objectives, and strategies to local teams
• Initiate, build and communicate omnichannel activation plans for your franchises in collaboration with the regional team
• Interact and support markets in the implementation of the strategy: review market strategies, 360 launch activations, forecasts, merchandising items, and samples for novelties as well as for basic catalog support
• Follow up on the implementation of the strategies for your franchises
• Build strong partnerships with local teams to collect needs and requests and assess their relevance.
• Recommend adapted action plans when necessary
• Do a thorough and regular analysis of the Fragrance category to build strategic recommendations
