Our client is a natural stones and rattan specialist that showcases the innovative design of marble using various cutting-edge techniques such as bending marble. They are looking out for a Sales Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Possess good Construction customer base network, able to establish new customer base, and maintain existing relationships with customers.
- Preparation of proposals, tenders and quotations based on project requirements and close monitoring of project execution to optimize profitability and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients, managing and interpreting customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings and conduct regular market updates.
- Able to interact well with all levels of our customers' organization structure to ensure projects are being carried out on schedule.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Generate sales forecasts, sales reports and performance plans for management review.
- Achieve Sales Target & Business Objectives.
- Co-ordinate projects to ensure smooth running of project deliveries and act as a point of contact with clients, consultants, architects and contractors.
- Liaise with sales, customers and vendors regarding all delivery issues (technical, logistical, etc).
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering/ Marketing or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in building/construction industry.
- Able to communicate well in English and Chinese.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management.
- Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Good documentation, coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications or related software.
- Possess own vehicle would be an added advantage.
- Willing to travel to various job sites.

Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm (Mon-Fri)
