Suzuki Singapore is also one of the largest distributors of state-of-the-art coffee machines to ensure that our clients get access to the finest equipment and ingredients available in the market.

Job Overview

Dedicated to delivering our Group's growth targets, we are seeking a result-driven and strategic Sales Manager whose primary focus will be to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance customer relationships within the assigned sector.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Sales Manager is expected to drive sales initiatives, manage key accounts, and hunt for new clients in order to achieve the sales plan and targets for the year.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Planning and Key Account Management

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans for the assigned sector in order to achieve the Group targets and objectives.
  2. Prospect, nurture leads, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  3. Manage and nurture relationships with key clients within the sector, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  4. Collaborate with the corporate marketing and commercial team to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  5. Understand client requirements and market demands, tailoring solutions to meet customer needs effectively.
  6. Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

Sales Performance Analysis

  1. Develop reports and presentations to communicate sales results and insights to the leadership team.
  2. Implement strategies to optimize sales processes and increase efficiency.
  3. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and develop action plans to enhance sales effectiveness.
  4. Conduct regular analysis of sales data to evaluate performance and report to management.

Key Requirements

Your ability and confidence to hunt and grow business will be crucial in achieving our ambitious growth targets; therefore, you are required to have the following:

  1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales or development roles within the HORECA industry (experience in the coffee sector is an added advantage).
  2. A strong understanding of the local market, including trends and consumer behavior, with ambition and hunger for results and growth.
  3. Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Able to work well in a team environment.
