A leading company in CDN and cloud services is seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to expand their client base in APAC. This role involves strategic development, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets in a competitive landscape. Candidates should have a strong technical understanding as well as exceptional negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin required.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients for CDN, cloud computing, and edge services in APAC.
2. Identify high-potential verticals (e.g., media, e-commerce, gaming, fintech) and tailor solutions to meet local market needs.
3. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
4. Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, ISPs, digital platforms, and technology partners.
5. Conduct needs assessments and deliver customized proposals for CDN, cloud storage, security, and optimization solutions.
Revenue Growth:
1. Achieve quarterly/annual sales targets for CDN and cloud services.
2. Upsell/cross-sell additional features (e.g., DDoS protection, video streaming optimization, multi-cloud management).
Market Intelligence:
1. Analyze competitor activity, pricing trends, and regulatory changes in APAC’s cloud/CDN landscape.
2. Provide feedback to product teams to enhance localization of offerings.
Collaboration:
1. Work closely with pre-sales engineers, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention.
2. Partner with channel/distributors to scale reach across the archipelago.
Qualifications
Experience:
1. 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in CDN, cloud services, telecom, or IT infrastructure.
2. Proven track record of selling technical solutions in Indonesia; existing client network is a plus.
Technical Knowledge:
1. Strong understanding of CDN architectures (e.g., caching, load balancing), public/private cloud platforms, and related technologies (e.g., HTTP/3, WebRTC).
Skills:
1. Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
2. Ability to translate technical features into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
3. Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
Mindset:
1. Self-driven, adaptable, and passionate about emerging technologies.
2. Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
