Sales Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate clients within the F&B industry , such as restaurants, cafes, catering companies, hotels, and event organizers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new corporate accounts within the F&B sector and expand business within existing ones, with a particular focus on opportunities for our pastries and bakery products.
- Leverage your understanding of the F&B industry and our product offerings to effectively communicate their value to corporate clients and tailor solutions to their specific requirements, highlighting the benefits of incorporating our pastries/bakery items into their operations.
- Manage the sales order process for corporate F&B clients, ensuring smooth coordination between the client and our production and delivery teams.
- Address corporate F&B client inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner, demonstrating your understanding of their unique business needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance within the F&B sector and identify opportunities to optimize strategies and achieve sales targets, keeping abreast of trends and demands within the pastry and bakery market.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and the specific needs of corporate F&B clients.
- Uphold the company's brand image and values in all interactions with corporate F&B clients.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role , with at least one year of experience focused on business-to-business (B2B) sales or corporate clients, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
- Familiarity with the pastries and bakery sector and an understanding of the needs and challenges of F&B businesses is a significant plus.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills , with the ability to effectively engage with professionals in the F&B industry.
- Ability to work independently to manage client relationships and drive sales initiatives within the corporate F&B market.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple corporate F&B accounts and projects simultaneously.
- A genuine interest in our pastries and bakery products and a passion for understanding how they can enhance the offerings of F&B businesses.
- Dedication to providing excellent service and building strong, lasting relationships with corporate F&B partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software for planning, tracking, and reporting sales activities within the F&B sector.
- Flexibility to meet with corporate F&B clients as needed , which may occasionally include outside of regular business hours and potentially travel within the region.
