Responsibilities of a Sales Manager in a Mini Mart
  • Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the mini mart.
  • Team Supervision: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise sales staff and cashiers to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, place orders, and manage inventory to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Merchandising: Oversee product displays, ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized, and implement promotional activities to boost sales.
  • Cash Handling: Supervise cash register operations, ensure accurate billing, and manage daily cash reconciliations.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and analyze daily sales reports, track product performance, and provide insights to improve sales.
  • Loss Prevention: Implement measures to prevent theft, manage shrinkage, and ensure store security.
  • Store Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure the mini mart is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
