Job description

Fleek TCM is a beauty salon located at the heart of Jurong West Market. Our company has been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. Our clients are mainly from the neighborhood, with a large customer base. We offer a wide variety of hair services as well as other beauty treatments such as facials and TCM treatments. We are expanding, and our new shop requires enthusiastic beauticians who are outgoing and competent team players to work with other associates in promoting a wide range of beauty packages and services.

We are looking for experienced full-time beauticians and consultants to join our growing team:

1. Beautician
2. Beauty Consultant
3. Sales Manager
4. Hairstylist
5. Senior Hairstylist

Compensation includes a basic salary plus commission.

Basic requirements:

• Experience as a beautician or consultant; managerial roles require consultancy experience, otherwise industry experience suffices.
• Six-day work week
• Perform ad-hoc duties as instructed by the manager
• Promote a wide range of services and packages
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Hardworking and cooperative team player
• Good at commuting and able to work well with peers
• Proficient in basic Chinese and English to maintain good relationships with clients of different racial backgrounds (most clients speak English and Chinese only)
• Strong negotiation and selling skills, well-groomed and presentable
• Independent and self-motivated
• Knowledge of beauty and facial treatments
• Must meet personal sales targets
