Job description

Responsibilities

  • Highly adept in performing within high-pressure and deadline-driven environments, driving full sales lifecycles with focus on territory expansion.
  • Analyze, review and identify customers' security concern and gaps, or overall security status
  • Proactive to contact newly identified customers and to hunt for new leads
  • Promote and determine security system solutions to new and existing customers' base and to upsell services and products
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Make sales presentations and site assessments
  • Design and configure system solutions
  • Prepare price proposals
  • Partnership management (Vendors and Sub-contractors) and collaboration
  • Monitoring sales results, trends and key performance indicators (KPI) for achieving annual sales targets determined by management
  • Regional and/or international traveling may be required

Requirements

  • Qualifications in Security Systems Engineering/Engineering preferred
  • 2-3 years sales experience providing security systems solutions (CCTV, Door Access, Public Address etc.) or system integration solutions
  • Self-motivated, highly-driven and results-oriented
  • Proven track record of sales achievements and networks
  • A high level of presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently on most aspects of project tendering
  • Able to coordinate projects between the customer and project manager
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Demonstrate initiative and creativity by originating, anticipating and implementing new ideas
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to understand and identify key strategic issues
  • Team player and a natural networker
  • Candidates with more years of experience shall be considered for Sales Manager role

Remuneration package includes salary, allowances and sales commissions.
