Job description

The SALES Manager is responsible for maintaining the operations of the Bukit Timah branch office as well as ensuring that the sales targets of the sales consultants are achieved monthly. Reporting to the Director, the role involves establishing and maintaining achievable sales targets for each sales consultant without compromising team cohesion.

Responsibilities include:

1. Achieving sales targets for the branch office as assigned by the Director.
2. Assisting the Director in managing and growing the branch business in the Bukit Timah area. This includes overseeing sales consultant monthly targets, forecasting, reporting management, and proposals and contracts administration.
3. Liaising with internal and external parties such as company management, suppliers, workers, and customers to ensure the success of sales targets.
