Job Position: Sales Manager (Frozen Meat Business)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for market development and sales management of the company’s frozen meat products (such as beef, lamb, chicken, seafood, etc.).
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
- Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with wholesalers, restaurant chains, supermarkets, and distributors.
- Manage and train the sales team to improve overall performance.
- Collect market information, provide timely feedback on industry trends and customer needs, and support the company’s business decisions.
Qualifications
- High school education or above; background in marketing or related fields is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in frozen meat, food, or FMCG industry; candidates with existing customer resources are preferred.
- Familiar with cold chain logistics and meat import/export processes, with strong industry insight.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and market development skills.
- High sense of responsibility, able to work under sales pressure, with proven team management experience.
