The Assistant Sales Manager/Manager plays a vital role in driving sales and leading a high-performing team. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to achieve targets and maintain high standards. Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager – Apparel

  • Demonstrated strong experience in retail sales and merchandising within the apparel industry.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a positive and proactive attitude towards achieving targets.
  • Skilled in developing and planning sales strategies in collaboration with the Head of Department.
  • Effectively work with the marketing team to coordinate and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Responsible for planning sales mechanics, negotiating, and securing promotional space with department store buyers.
  • Experience in retail outlets will be an added advantage.
  • Manage stock allocation across all distribution channels to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Execute stock consolidation and manage conversion items to maximize product efficiency.
  • Involved in quality inspections (QIC) for new products to ensure compliance with Acceptance Quality Limit (AQL) standards.
  • Maintain communication with Platform Account Managers to drive promotional campaigns and maximize visibility.
