Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our health care product sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth across assigned territories. This role involves close collaboration with marketing, product development, and regulatory teams to deliver value-driven solutions to healthcare providers and institutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets for healthcare product lines.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives or account executives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and establish relationships with healthcare professionals, retailers and distributors.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Pitch sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management on a monthly basis.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and conferences to promote products and expand professional network.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, procurement processes and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Willingness to travel when required
