Job description

As a Sales Manager at Sian Chay Medical Institution, you will play a crucial role in expanding outreach efforts, securing partnerships, and promoting Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) services to the community. You will develop strategic sales plans, build relationships with corporate sponsors, and drive community engagement initiatives to ensure continued support for the institution’s mission.


Specific Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute plans to boost sponsorships, donations, and service awareness.

2. Build relationships with sponsors, donors, and community partners to secure funding.

3. Participate in events and wellness programs to promote Sian Chay’s services.

4. Work with government agencies, healthcare institutions, and NGOs for partnerships.

5. Support marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness through campaigns and content.

6. Set and track revenue goals across sponsorships, fundraising, and memberships.

7. Maintain donor and partner databases for strong relationships and retention.

8. Monitor sales data and prepare reports for strategy improvement.

9. Train and motivate the sales team to align with the organization’s mission.
