Job description

We are a fast-growing fintech company providing cutting-edge online payment gateway services and POS (Point-of-Sale) terminals. We are currently expanding in Singapore and looking for a proactive and driven Sales Manager / Business Development Executive to join our team.

This role focuses on acquiring and managing B2B clients in industries such as F&B (restaurants, cafes), retail, cosmetics, and health & wellness products. Your main goal will be to promote our payment solutions and POS hardware to local businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and expand the client base in the F&B, retail, cosmetic, and nutrition product sectors
  • Introduce and pitch our online payment gateway, POS terminal, and integrated payment solutions to potential merchants
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and prepare commercial proposals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and partners
  • Coordinate with internal technical and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client integration
  • Track sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends
  • Attend local trade events and networking sessions to generate leads
Requirements:
  • Degree holder.
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Prior experience in the payment industry (e.g. online payment gateways, POS terminals, merchant acquisition) is highly preferred
  • Good understanding of retail and F&B operations in Singapore
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (required to liaise with Chinese-speaking tech partners and clients)
  • Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
