Objective: To effectively implement the company's sales plans and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Visit various retailers in Singapore daily to understand their requirements, collect orders, and communicate these to the office for action.
- Payments Collection: Collect payments from retailers for goods sold.
- Customer Needs & Feedback: Understand customer requirements regarding products and pricing, and communicate insights to management. Gather customer feedback and complaints, inform management, and work towards resolving issues.
- Product Promotion: Introduce new products to customers and promote their features.
- Issue Resolution: Address issues related to product shortages or quality proactively by communication with customers.
- Reporting: Report weekly on sales performance and market feedback to management.
- Market Collection: Responsible for collecting receivables from the market.
- Supplier Interaction: Attend meetings with suppliers within the Pran Group and provide feedback on product demand in the market.
- Additional Duties: Perform any other duties assigned by management as needed.
