JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising, identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales
- Provides information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends
- Ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers
- Ensuring that the store is adequately stocked with company products
- Anticipate and resolve potential problems / issues work with seasonal marketing budget
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory rules and standards
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
- Perform other duties as and when assigned by Company
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, wholesale/retail packaging experience preferred
- Preferably with experience in wholesale/retail packaging and good knowledge in Wholesale trade products (fruits & vegetables) distributions through various channels
- 2A/2B/Class 3 compulsory. Preferably posses own transport. (Required to travel from time to time)
- Willing to do rotating shift work and able to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing.
- Must be willing to work on weekends/PH. (Strictly off on week days)
- Field work required. Need to do delivery if driver is off / medical leave or urgency of goods when required
- Preferably bilingual to liaise with Indian speaking suppliers and vendors in view of working/business environment communication
- Must have knowledge to control storage room temperatures for fruits and vegetables.
- Proactive person who has positive attitude and responsible for sales targets
- Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strive towards meeting/exceeding sales goals and monthly sales target
- Customer-focused, with excellent written and verbal communication, networking and negotiation skills
