Job summary

One Zeus Solutions in Singapore is seeking talented individuals to start in hands-on face-to-face sales and develop into leadership roles. You will engage customers, hit targets and learn through coaching and mentorship.

As you grow, you’ll take on training, coaching and team development responsibilities, with opportunities for advancement into leadership positions. Prior sales experience helps, but attitude and growth potential matter most.

This role is designed for individuals who already have some sales or customer-facing experience and are ready to move beyond an individual contributor role.

You'll start hands-on in face-to-face sales, developing your ability to engage customers, achieve results and perform consistently.

As you progress, you'll have opportunities to take on greater responsibility in training, coaching, team development and leadership.

You won't be expected to manage a team from Day 1.

• Support and coach new team members as you progress
