Sales Associate (Luxury Watch)/Up to $4,000 + Allowance + Mthly Com + Incentive + VB + AWS

Benefits:

• Basic Salary up to $4,000 with yearly increment based on performance.

• $300 - $400 monthly allowance + monthly commission + monthly incentive + variable bonus + AWS

• 5 days work week including weekends and public holidays

• Working timings (6am – 3.30pm) & (3.30pm – 1am) depending on roster.

• Company transport provided

Job Description:

This is a contract role for a Sales Associate located in Changi Airport. Our client leading specialist retailer and distributor of exclusive timepieces.

• Demonstrate knowledge of products along with basic selling skills and recommendations

• Manage client relationships and satisfaction through excellent sales and after-sales service

• Ensure the shop floor is maintained to a high standard at all times

• Build and develop a client database and maintain good relationships with clients

• Responsible for stock management and boutique maintenance

• Support team members in administrative duties such as updating of stock count & traffic count reports

• Processing of credit card & cash payments

• Update of after-sales records/transactions into the system

• Ensure strict adherence to all retail standard operating procedures

• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in luxury watch industry
