Qualifications

About the role:

As a Logistics and Administration Specialist at myPOS, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Sales Team - across both direct and indirect sales - by ensuring smooth administrative and operational processes. From order handling to customer support and internal coordination, your work will be key to keeping things running efficiently.

What you'll do:
  1. Manage end-to-end order processing - from documentation and invoicing to delivery coordination and courier management.
  2. Receive and register POS and fiscal devices in internal systems; collect equipment from partners when needed (driver's license required).
  3. Provide onboarding support to customers, guiding them through the KYC/CDD process and helping them understand product usage and pricing.
  4. Maintain regular communication with merchants through calls and occasional in-person visits, ensuring timely resolution of requests.
  5. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
  6. Handle office logistics (e.g., supplies, deliveries), assist with online order processing, and coordinate with teams across Sofia, Plovdiv, and Varna.
  7. Work with tools like Zendesk, CRM, and MS Office to track issues, update records, and follow internal procedures and regulations.
