Job summary

TDCX in Singapore is seeking a Sales Training & Development professional to partner with project teams to identify revenue opportunities and coach the sales team in revenue generation and effectiveness.

You will develop coaching materials, train cross-functional teams, and help measure improvements across locations, while ensuring alignment with the Quality Management System. Strong English and local market language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or higher in any field.
• 2 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with curriculum development and course material review management.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and training delivery.
• Proficiency in English and local market language.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze revenue opportunities for products/services and monitor sales effectiveness.
• Consult, train, mentor, and coach the sales team on revenue generation.
• Assess business needs and design coaching plans to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Develop and maintain coaching materials and resources.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to measure and enhance revenue generation activities.
• Support location-wide revenue generation initiatives and ensure alignment with QMS.

What is your mission?

• Partner with the project team to identify and analyse areas of revenue generation opportunities for products and/or services in support of business goals and to monitor the sales representative’s overall effectiveness throughout the sales pitching.
• Consult, train, mentor, and coach the sales team in areas that include revenue generation performance issues and overall sales effectiveness.
• Assess and analyze business needs with recommendations on coaching plans and programs to enhance knowledge and skills on sales generation.
• Develop and maintain coaching materials related to sales initiatives including presentations, job aids, participant handouts, virtual class materials, and other resources.
• Work cross-functionally between various departments to help measure, analyze and enhance the performance of revenue generation activities connected with counter sales effectiveness.
• Identify and analyze areas of revenue generation opportunities for products and/or services in support of business goals and monitor locations overall effectiveness throughout the sales process.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
• Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experience with curriculum development and course material review management
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation skills and training delivery, with knowledge of various training methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
