Taylor & Francis Group, a global leader in academic publishing, seeks a Head of Sales for Singapore to drive revenue growth across journals, books, eBooks and digital content. The role reports to the Commercial Director and demands strategic leadership, market expansion, and strong stakeholder engagement.

You will build a capable sales team, develop 1–3 year territory plans, and ensure profitable trading while meeting the 3YP targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication for global engagements.
• Significant experience in a sales environment with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and driving results.
• Experience managing high-pressure sales environments and ambitious revenue targets.
• Knowledge of the academic publishing industry or eBooks/journals is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Design 1–3 year territory business plan with stakeholders to drive growth.
• Develop and implement tailored sales plans to penetrate markets and expand geography.
• Lead initiatives to enhance sales scalability and profitability.
• Build and lead a sales team with a clear vision for performance.
• Liaise with stakeholders and represent TF in negotiations and partnerships.
