Sales Leader
Job description
- To lead and coach a team of sales representatives, enabling them to exceed their quotas consistently.
- To run weekly 1-on-1s with each direct report to help them overcome roadblocks and chart their long-term career growth.
- To monitor team KPIs and proactively identify the action that your team members can take to improve each month.
- Provide encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training and skill checks.
- To foster a transparent, inclusive, and achievement-oriented team culture.
Job Requirements:
- Experienced in managing a team and in a quota-carrying sales position.
- Demonstrated a proven track record of overachievement against individual and team quotas.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate behavior change.
- Required to ferry sales team members to different locations for sales visit purposes.
- You don't mind traveling regularly for work.
Renumerations:
- Basic monthly salary of $2,600 + claimable transport allowance of $1,000 + attractive commission scheme.
- 21 days of annual leave + 14 days of medical leave per year.
