Job Title: Sales LeadRole OverviewAs the Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving the company's sales strategy, generating new business, nurturing key relationships, and building a scalable and repeatable sales engine. You are both a doer and a strategist—able to hit sales targets personally while growing a sustainable sales pipeline and refining processes for long-term growth. You will also work closely with designers to ensure alignment between sales materials and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Execution- Develop and execute a quarterly and annual sales plan aligned with business goals
- Identify and prioritise high-potential target segments (e.g., schools, corporates, foundations)
- Conduct outbound prospecting and relationship building to generate leads
- Own the full sales funnel—from lead generation to qualification to closing
- Craft compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
2. Client & Partner Relationship Management- Build strong, trust-based relationships with partners, clients, and prospects
- Maintain regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
- Upsell and cross-sell where appropriate based on client needs
3. Sales Process Development- Design and iterate on sales SOPs, scripts, and objection-handling templates
- Maintain clear records of leads, opportunities, and conversions
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics; adjust strategies as needed
4. Branding & Marketing Alignment- Understand and apply marketing principles to support sales outcomes
- Ensure all sales collateral is aligned with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with designers to develop visual assets (e.g., decks, brochures, email campaigns) that support outreach and pitching
5. Collaboration & Reporting- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth handover of closed deals
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on sales performance, pipeline status, and key learnings
- Offer market feedback to inform program development and positioning
