Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and independent Sales Lead to take ownership of our sales function.
As the sole sales team member, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and closing deals. This is a high-impact role ideal for a results-oriented individual with relevant industry experience and an established buyer network.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow client accounts in target sectors such as cosmetics, retail, F&B, hospitality, or government
Establish new deals and act as the primary relationship manager for clients
Lead the end-to-end sales lifecycle – from lead generation, proposal and quotation, client presentations, negotiation, to deal closure
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations that balance creativity, timeline, and profitability
Contribute to business development efforts, including basic marketing initiatives to raise company visibility
Leverage your existing buyer network to generate leads and secure sales
Requirements
3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in custom furniture, interior fit-out, or related commercial project sectors
Prior exposure to one or more of the following industries: cosmetics, retail, F&B, hospitality, government, or similar fields
Proven track record of closing high-value deals and growing client accounts
A well-established network of buyers (e.g. procurement, design, or project teams) in at least one target industry
Self-driven, independent, and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting value and negotiating effectively
What We Offer
Attractive commission structure – high performers can earn total monthly income of SGD 30,000 or more
Basic salary: SGD 3,000–6,000 (commensurate with experience)
