Responsibilities:

• Managing parts of construction projects.
• Overseeing construction work.
• Undertaking surveys.
• Setting out sites.
• Checking technical designs and drawings for accuracy and ensuring they are followed correctly.
• Supervising contracted staff.
• Ensuring project packages meet specifications, budgets, and timeframes.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, local authorities, architects, professionals, quantity surveyors, and the project manager.
• Providing technical advice and solving on-site problems.
• Preparing site reports and logging progress.
• Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and sustainability policies and legislation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Open to travel to site.
• Diploma in interior design or a relevant field.
