Position: Interior Designer (Full commission based)

Your Job Scope:

  • Provide advisory services on space planning and interior design.

  • Handle sales acquisition for renovation projects (qualified leads provided).

  • Prepare quotations based on clients’ requirements.

  • Manage renovation projects, including site supervision and coordination.

  • Schedule workflowsto ensure timely project completion and client move-in.

  • Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.

  • Visit renovation sites during the project period as needed.

  • Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp/Phone professionally and promptly.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge in Photoshop & AutoCAD (preferred)

  • Highly committed, driven and self-motivated

  • Possess a positive & vibrant personality, creative with an eye for detail

  • Able to see job through from concept to execution

  • Meticulous, passionate, good communicator, excellent time manager

  • Proficiency in English & Mandarin (to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and contractors).

  • Open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only.
