Sales Interior Designer

**Take note: This role is fully commission-based and the salary indicated is an estimate of what most Interior Designers in our company achieve monthly as a minimum.

Requirements:

• Passionate about interior design.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Background in interior design is advantageous, but not required.
• Ability to meet client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Handle sales inquiries effectively.
• Provide expert advice on space planning and interior aesthetics.
• Create mood board proposals to communicate design concepts.
• Develop design briefs and schedules in collaboration with the team.
• Assist the Team Lead in preparing quotations (Training will be provided).
• Collaborate with the Visualization team to produce 3D design drawings.
• Engage in discussions with clients regarding design proposals.
• Manage and coordinate with subcontractors throughout project implementation.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship.
