Job summary

You will use our AI-driven 3D walkthrough tools and Leica 3D scanning to translate ideas into precise designs, quotations, and contracts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Interior Design or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and design within the industry.
• Excellent communication and sales abilities with a strong ability to independently close deals.

Job Scope

• Proactively greet and serve both walk-in and online customers; build rapport and understand their home layout, style preferences, budget, and lifestyle needs.
• Use our AI-powered 3D walkthrough tool to let customers virtually experience their future home—what they see is what they get.
• Guide customers toward purchasing decisions with confidence—focusing on storage efficiency, lifestyle fit, and how our AI-driven solutions address their needs.
• Follow up promptly with leads, maintain high response rates, and close deals through consistent communication and professional follow-through.

Design Support with AI Digital Tools

• Leverage Leica 3D scanning to instantly digitize customer spaces, providing precise measurements and a digital foundation for design.
• Use AI-powered 3D walkthroughs so customers can virtually experience their home design ： what they see is what they get.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure renderings align with customer expectations, supported by accurate Leica scan data.

Quotation, Contract, and Payment

• Generate and explain quotations using the company’s system; assist customers in understanding pricing breakdown and payment stages.
• Confidently walk clients through the contract process, addressing basic concerns and facilitating smooth closure.
• Collect deposits and ensure accurate entry of customer orders into the system.
• Work with internal teams to follow up on post-sales milestones: measurement, CAD confirmation, production, shipment, and installation.
• Keep clients informed throughout the process and help troubleshoot basic issues (with support from technical or PM team).
• Maintain a strong customer relationship post-sale to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Achieve monthly individual and team sales goals.
• Participate in weekly case sharing, showroom walkthroughs, and product updates to stay sharp and aligned.
• Assist with showroom maintenance, seasonal promotions, and brand-building activities.

Job Requirements

Education Background

• Diploma or higher in Interior Design, Environmental Art, Furniture Design, Architecture, or other related fields.

Work Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and design within the industry.
• Experience in mid- to high-end customization projects is preferred.
• Excellent communication and sales abilities with a strong ability to independently close deals.
• Customer service mindset; patient and capable of building strong client relationships.
• Responsible and proactive in handling customer objections and follow-up issues.

Language Requirement

• Able to communicate in both English and Chinese.
• Familiarity with Singapore's multicultural communication context is a plus.
