Sales HelpDesk Manager

Our client is in the automation industry, transforming the cleaning industry with advanced robotic solutions that tackle manpower challenges. Their innovative robots are already making a difference in 30 countries! As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Sales HelpDesk Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and guide the Sales Helpdesk Team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
2. Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and service delivery.
3. Serve as the primary support for the global sales team, delivering timely answers and solutions to their questions.
4. Collaborate with internal departments to address issues and optimize workflows for the sales process.

Communication and Presentation:

1. Maintain effective communication channels with the sales team, keeping them informed about resources, updates, and best practices.
2. Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate strategies and insights to the sales team.

Performance Monitoring:

1. Track team performance metrics to ensure high-quality service and identify areas for improvement.
2. Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.

Knowledge Management:

1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, including FAQs and process documentation, to support the sales team.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a sales support or helpdesk role, with prior management experience preferred.
3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop team members.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and other relevant software tools.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
