Job Opportunity: Overseas Sales Role

  1. Analyze data and intelligence on competitor landscape and customer demand to identify sales opportunities.
  2. Monitor and review sales team performance metrics against KPIs.
  3. Negotiate sales agreements with clients.
  4. Develop actions for client requests that deviate from signed agreements.
  5. Implement consultative selling techniques to identify client needs.
  6. Enhance client retention through data-driven strategies based on customer behavior.
  7. Segment clients to develop targeted sales strategies.
  8. Align sales strategies with client segmentation, competitor analysis, and overall company goals.
  9. Apply upselling techniques to increase sales.
  10. Handle complex customer inquiries effectively.
  11. Follow up with clients to close sales.
  12. Manage sales channels and maintain a database of leads.
  13. Participate in industry events for networking opportunities.
  14. Prepare and present sales proposals to clients.
  15. Recommend team formation and sales channel expansion plans.
  16. Qualify sales leads to prioritize efforts.
  17. Relay customer feedback and market insights to internal teams for product and service improvements.
  18. Review product and service offerings to match client needs.
  19. Support responses to client dissatisfaction regarding product and service delivery.
