- Analyze data and intelligence on competitor landscape and customer demand to identify sales opportunities.
- Monitor and review sales team performance metrics against KPIs.
- Negotiate sales agreements with clients.
- Develop actions for client requests that deviate from signed agreements.
- Implement consultative selling techniques to identify client needs.
- Enhance client retention through data-driven strategies based on customer behavior.
- Segment clients to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Align sales strategies with client segmentation, competitor analysis, and overall company goals.
- Apply upselling techniques to increase sales.
- Handle complex customer inquiries effectively.
- Follow up with clients to close sales.
- Manage sales channels and maintain a database of leads.
- Participate in industry events for networking opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to clients.
- Recommend team formation and sales channel expansion plans.
- Qualify sales leads to prioritize efforts.
- Relay customer feedback and market insights to internal teams for product and service improvements.
- Review product and service offerings to match client needs.
- Support responses to client dissatisfaction regarding product and service delivery.
