Job Description:
  1. Achieve primary and secondary targets for the area
  2. Plan and forecast monthly sales, considering shelf life
  3. Manage channel and distribution networks
  4. Control costs and budget effectively
  5. Forecast business monthly and benchmark against previous years
  6. Align data with the Annual Operating Plan
  7. Track competition and develop proactive strategies against new entrants
  8. Allocate manpower based on capabilities across different areas
  9. Mentor, motivate, and guide team members to meet sales and business goals
  10. Train subordinates on products, selling, lead prospecting, and closing skills
  11. Handle team management effectively
  12. Develop new distribution networks by appointing and managing distributors
