Job Description:
- Achieve primary and secondary targets for the area
- Plan and forecast monthly sales, considering shelf life
- Manage channel and distribution networks
- Control costs and budget effectively
- Forecast business monthly and benchmark against previous years
- Align data with the Annual Operating Plan
- Track competition and develop proactive strategies against new entrants
- Allocate manpower based on capabilities across different areas
- Mentor, motivate, and guide team members to meet sales and business goals
- Train subordinates on products, selling, lead prospecting, and closing skills
- Handle team management effectively
- Develop new distribution networks by appointing and managing distributors
Experience Requirements:
- FMCG Sales: 10 years
- Distributor Network: 8 years
- B2B Sales: 10 years
