Job description

We are seeking a Sales Strategy Manager to drive B2B growth, retail expansion, and sales excellence in Singapore. This strategic leadership role combines market analysis, go-to-market execution, and team development to accelerate our business expansion. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in B2B strategy, retail operations, and data-driven sales planning.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Expansion

  • Lead B2B sales strategies, forge strategic partnerships, and drive retail channel growth including new outlet launches
  • Identify market opportunities and develop plans for sustainable revenue growth

Go-to-Market & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute sales initiatives, product launches, and GTM strategies
  • Align sales campaigns with marketing, product, and operations teams

Sales Operations & Team Development

  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations and partner/customer enquiries
  • Set sales targets, track KPIs, and coach the sales team to enhance performance
  • Manage incentive structures, commission plans, and sales promotions

Analytics & Reporting

  • Deliver actionable insights through data-driven reporting, sales forecasts, and pipeline analysis
  • Monitor market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive activity to refine strategy
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA is a strong advantage
  • 6–8 years of experience in sales strategy, with proven success in B2B growth, retail development, and sales operations
  • Demonstrated ability to launch and scale retail outlets and develop sales channels
  • Expertise in go-to-market strategies and product launch execution
  • Strong leadership skills; experience managing and coaching a high-performing sales team
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales dashboards, and incentive tracking tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with the Singapore market; regional APAC experience is a plus
  • Experience working in omnichannel sales environments (B2B, retail, e-commerce)
