Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all operations of the Sales Gallery.
  • Represent the company brand professionally to local clients, investors, and partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the market.
  • Explore new client channels, partnerships, and business development opportunities.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with high-net-worth clients and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with regional teams for product training, marketing campaigns, and events.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular market analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure the gallery space is always customer-ready and aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably with prior experience in managing showrooms/galleries
  • Strong local market knowledge with a motivated mindset for market expansion.
  • Excellent communication skills
