Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify potential clients, generate new leads, and cultivate strong relationships to expand the customer base.
Proactively approach VIP and high-potential clients to promote our wine offerings and secure sales.
Present and communicate the unique features of our wine portfolio to clients, tailoring recommendations to their preferences.
Monitor sales trends and market feedback to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Provide personalized client experiences, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term loyalty.
Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations for corporate or group clients.
Maintain accurate sales records, track performance metrics, and prepare reports for management review.
Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including managing orders, invoicing, and ensuring timely payment collections.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging wine offerings, and competitor activities to inform sales approaches.
Qualifications:
Good understanding of after-sales and upselling processes and strategies
Familiarity with Retail, Hospitality, or F&B markets is a plus
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong emphasis on service standards and professional image
Has a positive and never-say-die attitude
