Position Overview

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting and securing locations to place our vending machines. This is a role focused on cold outreach, site visits, and relationship-building with property managers, business owners, and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect new location opportunities such as offices, schools, gyms, apartment complexes, hospitals, manufacturing facilities, etc.

  • Conduct cold calls, site visits, and email outreach to generate leads and secure appointments.

  • Pitch the benefits of placing vending machines at potential sites, addressing business owner or property manager needs.

  • Negotiate placement agreements and manage contracts.

  • Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth machine installation and service.

  • Report regularly on sales activities, results, and forecasts.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, or territory development specifically in the vending industry

  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality – motivated by targets and new opportunities.

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

  • Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face selling.

  • Having own vehicle is a plus

  • Familiarity with vending, retail, or facility services
