Sales Executive [Valves & Actuators | $5k + AWS + VB]

1. Drive sales and marketing efforts for valves and actuators (own brand and well-established brands in the industry).
2. Secure and generate new sales opportunities to achieve company order targets.
3. Proactively develop new business from scratch, identifying potential customers and market segments.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users in industrial markets, with a primary focus on semiconductor and petrochemical industries.
5. Conduct market research to gather industry insights, track competitor activities, and expand sales opportunities.
6. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Warehouse, Engineering, Factories, and the Japan Head Office.
7. Understand customer needs, follow up on ongoing projects, and provide tailored solutions.
8. Manage customer claims and liaise with relevant departments to resolve issues efficiently.
9. Handle any ad-hoc duties assigned by the MD or GM.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in valves, actuators, or a related industry in a sales role, including planning sales approaches.
2. Strong business development skills, capable of expanding sales from scratch.
3. Excellent relationship-building skills with semiconductor and petrochemical industry.
