Responsibilities :- Develop and grow the targeted specialists’ accounts in the private sector.
- Build and established a healthy business relationship with targeted specialists and medical officers in the government institutes (government Hospitals and polyclinics) to increase the prescription of the tender products.
- To list in CHC products into the retail pharmacies in the government institutes which includes the polyclinics’ pharmacies.
- Collaborate with marketing personnels to identify and develop selected specialists in both private and government channel to become our key opinion leaders.
- Conduct market and competitors’ insights to identify new opportunities and stay
updated on industry trends. - Regular visits and follow up with customers in assigned territory to maintain a high level of customers’ satisfaction by providing timely service support.
- Pre-call planning and implementation to ensure KPIs are met.
- Timely submission of all necessary reports and documentations as per required.
- Analyze customers’ data, provide and track territorial sales forecast and
performance on a monthly basis. - Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements :[Must]
- 2 years of sales experience in sales with basic understanding of the
operations & procedures in government business, private specialist sector. - Possess a good attitude and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office: Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
