Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive (Outdoor cum Indoor) to prospect, quote, and close new business in property management cleaning, pest control and landscape services.

You will do cold calls, field prospecting, account development, and maintain strong client relationships while delivering proposals and agreements. Role includes 5-day workweek, 8:15am-6:00pm, and salary SGD 2100–3000 plus commission, HP allowance, and transport reimbursement or allowance.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Level requirement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new customer in Property Management Integrated Building Maintenance Line – Cleaning Services, Pest Control, Landscape services.
• Make cold calls and actively source new sales opportunities through field prospecting and external outreach.
• Manage and develop new accounts, ensuring growth and retention.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide sales quotations.
• Sales follow up to achieve sales target.
• Ensure customer satisfaction & good client relationships.
• Prepare necessary paperwork including proposals, quotations and agreements.
