Our esteemed client, an established company, is searching for a Sales Executive:
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential customers with precious metal refining / Waste management requirements across targeted industries.
Develop and present proposals, negotiate deals, and follow up with potential clients to secure business opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and customer feedback to enhance sales strategies.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding metal pricing and transfer requirements.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth transaction process and high customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update the customer database with key client details and communication records.
Gather insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Support the Customer Care Program by tracking customer satisfaction, addressing concerns, and adapting to industry shifts.
Assist senior management in improving sales strategies and business growth initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in handling the Asia market and managing key accounts。
Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
Strong market research and data analysis skills.
Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel overseas for business engagements.
Possess class 3 driving license.
Additional Information:
Working Location: Tuas (Company Pick Up Provided at Various MRT)
Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
Salary: Basic + Quarterly Incentive + Transport & Mobile Allowance AWS + Variable Bonus + Joining Bonus
