Job Scope

  • Approach and engage potential customers in a friendly and professional manner, Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
  • Explain product features, benefits clearly
  • Handle customer questions and objections confidently
  • Follow up on inquiries, feedback, and provide after-sales support to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and technology updates to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Responsible for product display and training. Conduct and evaluate training effectiveness. Improve training capabilities.
