· Explain product features, benefits clearly

· Handle customer questions and objections confidently

· Follow up on inquiries, feedback, and provide after-sales support to ensure a smooth customer experience.

· Monitor industry trends, competitors, and technology updates to maintain competitive positioning.

· Responsible for product display and training. Conduct and evaluate training effectiveness. Improve training capabilities.
