Overview

Our client is planning to expand its sales and marketing activities and is currently seeking sales positions. In this position, you will work closely with the director and consultant team to provide excellent L&D training solutions to management, including presidents. The main target is the management individual/team at the president level.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new clients in the Singapore market (primarily management at the president level).
  • Secure appointments through proactive cold calls and visits, conduct thorough client needs assessments.
  • Collaborate with the consultant team to develop training concepts and proposals based on needs assessments.
  • Plan and execute workshops, training sessions, and seminars (ranging from 6 months to 2 years) with the consultant team.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling intangible products and solution sales required.
  • Alternatively, candidates with demonstrated ability to handle top-level sales (sales to presidents or similar higher roles) will be considered, even if lacking experience in selling intangible products and solution sales.
  • Proficiency in Japanese at a business level is required to engage in sales with Japanese-speaking clients.
