Job summary

A leading industrial solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to manage accounts and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Engineering, 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, and be fluent in English and Chinese. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, providing technical support, and coordinating trade show participation. Willingness to travel and possess a vehicle is advantageous.

Qualifications

Job description

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage existing accounts and identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth.

  • Plan customer visits and meetings, as well as provide technical support to customers

  • Coordinate and participate in industry trade shows to expand market reach

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to penetrate new markets

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities

  • Maintain and update sales progress reports

  • Meet sales revenue, profitability, and growth targets set by management

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit control

  • Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial automation, electrical engineering, or electronic manufacturing industries.

  • Experience in selling raw or semi-finished products (industrial connectors, electrical components, terminal blocks, or automation solutions) is preferred (Candidates without experience with good initiative are welcome to apply)

  • preferably in electronic manufacturing or the electrical sector

  • Able to communicate well in English and Chinese to liaise with overseas counterparts

  • Resourceful, customer-focused, and results-driven.

  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Self-Motivated and Sales-Driven
