Manage existing accounts and identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
Plan customer visits and meetings, as well as provide technical support to customers.
Coordinate and participate in industry trade shows to expand market reach.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to penetrate new markets.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Maintain and update sales progress reports.
Meet sales revenue, profitability, and growth targets set by management.
Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit control.
Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial automation, electrical engineering, or electronic manufacturing industries.
Experience in selling raw or semi-finished products (industrial connectors, electrical components, terminal blocks, or automation solutions) is preferred (Fresh graduates with good initiative are welcome to apply).
Able to communicate well in English and Chinese to liaise with overseas counterparts.
