As our Sales Executive, you will be the key connector between cutting-edge engineered products and the clients who rely on them to perform. You'll take ownership of your territory, build long-term partnerships, and bring our innovative solutions to life.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and convert sales opportunities from prospecting to closing — including cold callling, client visits, technical consultation, and tailored proposals.

  • Engage directly with engineering teams and decision-makers at pharmaceutical, biotech, F&B, and FMCG manufacturing facilities.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our technical product portfolio, helping clients solve real challenges in production and R&D environments.

  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and engineering firms.

  • Travel regularly across Singapore to visit manufacturing sites, attend meetings, and represent Venair at trade shows and exhibitions.

  • Maintain organized and insightful activity tracking via Salesforce CRM.

  • Collaborate closely with global sales and product teams to align on strategy and share insights.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related fields.

  • At least 2 years of B2B technical or industrial sales experience, ideally within pharma, biotech, process industries, or related engineering fields.

  • Previous experience selling to manufacturing facilities, OEMs, or industrial clients is highly valued.

  • Technically curious and comfortable engaging in conversations about process improvement and product functionality.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Singapore (approx. 50% travel).

  • Fluent in English; other language skills are a plus.
