As our Sales Executive, you will be the key connector between cutting-edge engineered products and the clients who rely on them to perform. You'll take ownership of your territory, build long-term partnerships, and bring our innovative solutions to life.
Identify and convert sales opportunities from prospecting to closing — including cold callling, client visits, technical consultation, and tailored proposals.
Engage directly with engineering teams and decision-makers at pharmaceutical, biotech, F&B, and FMCG manufacturing facilities.
Develop a deep understanding of our technical product portfolio, helping clients solve real challenges in production and R&D environments.
Build and nurture strategic relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and engineering firms.
Travel regularly across Singapore to visit manufacturing sites, attend meetings, and represent Venair at trade shows and exhibitions.
Maintain organized and insightful activity tracking via Salesforce CRM.
Collaborate closely with global sales and product teams to align on strategy and share insights.
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related fields.
At least 2 years of B2B technical or industrial sales experience, ideally within pharma, biotech, process industries, or related engineering fields.
Previous experience selling to manufacturing facilities, OEMs, or industrial clients is highly valued.
Technically curious and comfortable engaging in conversations about process improvement and product functionality.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Singapore (approx. 50% travel).
Fluent in English; other language skills are a plus.
Unfixed-term contract with growth potential in a global company.
